Communication Flow

It's very common that one of the team will suggest we go for lunch or go to the football for a bit of time away from the studio. These spontaneous events ensure we take breaks, have clear and focused minds (and full tummies).
Free lunch friday
Each and every Friday, we head to the local pub to enjoy beers and pizzas together - a means to end the week off and discuss our achievements of the week and our forecast for the next.
Team building sessions
Every day, we hold our "yesterday/today/tomorrow" session where each member of the team discusses their jobs completed, jobs to do and jobs coming up. It ensures effective and efficient team awareness of tasks and priorities. We also conduct an "[id] Insider" meeting as a team on Mondays where all projects are discussed, new clients, new jobs, latest news (external and internal), and work place changes.
Table tennis anyone?
Our brand new table tennis table allows the team to take a quick break from work to clear the head. Sometimes, looking at a problem becomes the problem. Stepping away from it and coming back to it can solve the problem straight away.
Playful attitude
We joke, we laugh, we have an endless supply of squishy balls (thanks to Blackberry), hitting each other on the head and an endless supply of soft-drink. Happy minds = productive team.
Doesn't always have to be serious
Our meetings with clients usually involve a beer (or two), a coffee (or two) and open-ended conversation. We don't try to be anyone we aren't. We don't wear suits and we don't hold back when expressing ourselves.
